This website is run and managed on behalf of the Diversability Card.
This privacy policy explains how the Diversability Card use any personal information we collect about you. We know that when you pass your personal details to us, you are trusting us to keep them safe, and we will do everything within our power to do this.

We want you to feel comfortable about the security of your personal information when visiting the Diversability Card website.

What information is collected?
Currently, we are only collecting information in order to email interested individuals with an email invitation when Diversbility Card applications are open. We collect the following information in order to enable us to send you an email invitation when applications open: first and last name, email address, date of birth, gender, current employment status, and the retailers you would like to see included in the discount scheme.
Who uses the information?
The Diversability Card uses your information only and we do not share or sell your information with other companies.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you in order to process your order, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about products and services we think may be of interest to you.

Access to your information and correction.
If you would like a copy of the personal information we hold about you, please contact us. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date.
You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
You have the right to ask us to remove any information about you from our systems.
You will not be charged for this service.
How long do we hold information for and why?
We hold your name and contact information for 3 years to help manage any queries relating to your applications.
How do we erase it?
We only hold information electronically. This information is automatically removed from our records in-line with the above time frame.

Cookies are small harmless text files placed on your computer. Their presence allows us to process your online applications. We also use cookies to improve the service by understanding how people use the website through the Google Website Analytics service.
Most web browsers have cookies enabled by default. If you do not enable cookies, you can still browse the website but you may not be able to make an application or pay for an application online.
We do not store your personal information or credit card details in cookies.
